Beef Steak Picado - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 round steaks, cut into chunks
    2 bell peppers, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    4 medium tomatoes, chopped
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
    small amount of oil for browning
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder (to taste)
Preparation
    Heat oil; brown meat in a large pan or pot.
    Add onions; stir for a few minutes and then add bell peppers, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt and garlic powder.
    Add enough water to cover the meat, etc.
    Bring to a boil; then lower flame and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until meat is tender.
