Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium to large Irish potatoes
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 bunch green onions, chop roots and stems
    1 stick butter, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bake potatoes (don't overcook).
    Refrigerate until cold.
    Peel and grate coarsely.
    Mix with other ingredients and turn into casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
