Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks and juice
Preparation
    Blend sugar, butter and eggs.
    Soak bread cubes in mixture 5 minutes.
    Add pineapple and juice; mix.
    Pour into greased baking dish and bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve warm.
