Corn Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 tsp. butter or oleo
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation
    In a deep 1/2-quart casserole dish, heat milk, uncovered, on Full power for 2 1/2 minutes or until scalded in microwave.
    Add butter and stir until butter is melted.
    Stir in eggs, sugar, salt and pepper; blend well.
    Stir in corn and heat, uncovered, on Roast for 16 or 17 minutes.
    Set aside 5 minutes to finish cooking.
