Lo-Cal White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pinch of white pepper
    3 drops butter flavor
    shredded cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Combine first three ingredients in heavy saucepan over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Can add cheese for cheese sauce if desired.
