Cherry Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can fruit (cherries, blueberries)
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. milk
    sugar to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 2-quart baking dish. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk in a bowl.
    Pour batter into melted margarine and mix well. Sweeten fruit to taste and pour into batter. Do not stir.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
