Freezer Cucumbers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 c. sliced cucumbers (thin)
1 c. sliced onions (thin)
1 c. green peppers (thin)
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
Mix first 4 ingredients and let stand at least 1 hour. Squeeze out water.
Add the next 3 ingredients and stir together. Keep in refrigerator covered.
Stir everyday for 5 days, then put in containers and freeze.
Makes crisp and delicious pickles.
