Broccoli-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 stick butter or oleo
    1/2 stack Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cool broccoli.
    Drain and chop.
    Mix soup, eggs, mayonnaise and cheese.
    Pour over broccoli.
    Melt butter.
    Mix with crushed crackers.
    Sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
