Yum Yum Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. beef
    3/4 lb. pork
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 oz. noodles, cooked
    1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions in shortening.
    Add water to barely cover with celery and cook slow for 20 minutes or until tender. Add other ingredients and place in casserole.
    Top with crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
