Winter Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. raspberry or red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
    1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 black pepper
    1/2 low-sodium soy sauce
    1/4 Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 c. mixed salad greens
    1 c. grapefruit sections (about one large grapefruit)
    1 c. thinly sliced red onion
    1/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients in a small bowl. Combine salad greens, grapefruit, onion and walnuts in a large bowl. Drizzle with vinegar mixture, tossing to coat. Yields 6 servings of 1 1/2 cups each.
