Cream Puff Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 c. water
1 c. flour
4 eggs
4 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
2 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip
nuts (optional)
chocolate syrup (optional)
Preparation

Bring to a boil the water and oleo.
Remove from heat.
Add flour.
Mix in eggs 1 at a time, mixing well.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan, greased, and up sides.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Cool.
Mix milk and cream cheese, then add pudding.
Mix well and spread on crust.
Top with Cool Whip, nuts and syrup if desired. Good even with diet or sugar-free pudding.
