Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
1/2 can cream-style corn
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 egg
2 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Lightly grease muffin or corn stick pan.
Combine all ingredients; blend well.
Fill pans almost full and bake for 18 or 20 minutes.
