Dill Sauced Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. dill pickle juice
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped dill pickle
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, dill juice, egg, salt and pepper until well blended.
Shape into loaf in shallow pan. Combine dill pickle, catsup, water, sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over loaf and bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0, basting two or three times.
Serves 6.
