Microwave Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick margarine
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 large container sour cream
1 small container sour cream

Preparation

Melt butter in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish; add cinnamon and crumbs.
Mix together, reserving 3 tablespoons for topping.
Press crumb mixture into bottom and sides of pan to form crust.
