Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bunch broccoli
large purple onion
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation

Wash, skin broccoli down to tenderest parts.
Chop in very small pieces.
Chop onion in small pieces.
Mix in bowl.
Cover tightly and leave overnight in refrigerate.
Before serving mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
Put cheese and dressing in bowl. Stir all together.
Serve.
