Grandmother Endsley'S Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine (softened at room temperature)
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Mix margarine, cheese and flour mixture.
    Work in with hands until it will hold together.
    Roll 1/4-inch thin.
    Cut with small cutter.
    Prick top with fork.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Watch carefully, they will scorch easily.
