Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix together shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Add flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt.
    Chill dough.
    Roll into balls and roll them into a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
    Flatten on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
