Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. Crisco
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    5 to 6 c. sliced fruit
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 c. oats
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter (cut in pats)
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1 c. butterscotch morsels
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    5 c. Kellogg's cornflakes
    2 sticks margarine, softened
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix margarine, sugar, lemon extract and Ricotta cheese in large bowl.
    Blend well, then add eggs.
    Blend well.
    Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl, then gradually add to other mixture, blending well each time it is combined.
    A soft dough will form. Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 on greased cookie sheets.
