Cheesey Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. margarine or butter
2 cups frozen loose pack corn
1 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup water
2 cans cream of potato soup
2 cups milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 oz. provolone cheese
Dash of pepper
Preparation

Saute onion in butter, do not brown.
Add vegetables and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in milk and cheese.
Heat through until cheeses are melted.
(Green Giant canned corn, vacum packed and added after other veggies are cooked.)
