Potted Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground lean pork
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 onion, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. milk
Preparation

In a heavy saucepan, combine all ingredients and simmer, covered over low heat for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Pour into an earthenware crock or rustic serving dish. Chill.
Makes a delicious spread on melba toast for appetizer or on a slice of crusty bread for lunch.
