Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sweetened condensed milk (do not use low-fat)
    4 egg yolks
    1/2 c. lime juice
    2 egg whites
    1 prepared graham cracker crust
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 tsp. salt
    2 c. finely chopped tart apples
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Peel and chop apples and set aside. Combine sugar, flour and salt. Add egg, vanilla and sour cream. Beat until smooth. Add apples; mix well and pour into pastry lined pie pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer. Remove from oven and sprinkle with topping.
