Our Best Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cut in bite size pieces
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. light cream
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine chicken or turkey, onion, celery and green pepper. Mix cream with mayonnaise, then add salt, pepper and lemon juice. Toss with chicken.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
