Sauteed Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 lb. head broccoli, cut into florets
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In large skillet over medium heat, cook garlic in butter 1 minute; add broccoli, walnuts and salt.
    Cover and cook 4 to 6 minutes until broccoli is crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Serve immediately.
    Serves 6, each serving containing 135 calories.

    5 minutes; cook time:
    7 minutes. Ready to serve in 15 minutes.
