Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. brisket, cooked and chopped
1 pkg. large flour tortillas
2 cans enchilada sauce
1 can refried beans
1 large bag Mexican cheese, shredded
Preparation

Mix 1 can sauce and refried beans with meat. Place a scoop of meat and cheese on tortilla; roll up and place in pan. Pour the other can of enchilada sauce over tortillas and top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
