Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 jar Old English cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 can crab meat
1 pkg. English muffins

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Spread on muffins.
Freeze for 1 hour.
When ready to cook cut into small pieces.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
