Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. grated unpeeled zucchini
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Place eggs, oil, zucchini and sugar in large mixing bowl. Beat 2 or 3 minutes.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to the egg mixture.
    Beat until blended.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into 2 or 3 loaf pans, well greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes.
