Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 potatoes
1/3 c. oil
1 packet dry onion soup mix

Preparation

Cut potatoes in large chunks and place in a bowl.
Cover with oil and onion soup mix.
Mix until potatoes are covered well. Place in baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
