Oven Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    salt to season
    pepper to season
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in hot fat.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Place in bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Combine other ingredients and pour evenly over pork chops.
    Cover and bake in slow oven for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
    Add additional water if necessary.
    Makes 4 servings.
