Apple Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. thinly sliced pared apples
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Place apples in bottom of a greased
    (8- 1/2 x 1- 3/4)
    inch round baking dish. Sprinkle with a mixture of the sugar and cinnamon. Mix dry ingredients together.
