Squash Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. grated raw squash
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 tsp. lemon or coconut flavoring
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Beat in eggs one at a time.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes (until set in middle).
    Crust bakes better if you bake for a few minutes before filling.
