Sausage Scotch Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 hard-boiled eggs
1 Tbsp. flour
salt to taste
pepper to taste
3 oz. loose sausage
beaten eggs
bread crumbs
oil for frying
Preparation

Dry eggs well, then roll in flour, salt and pepper.
Mold tightly the sausage on the eggs.
Roll in beaten eggs, then in bread crumbs.
Deep fry in oil until sausage is cooked through.
