Brownie Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c all purpose flour
    1/2 c sugar
    3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c milk
    1/3 c cooking oil
    1/3 c chopped nuts
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon and 3/4 tsp salt; make a well in center. combine egg, milk and oil; add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened (batter should be lumpy). Fold in chopped nuts. Fill greased or paper bake cup lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 18 to 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
