Neiman-Marcus Toll House Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. brown sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. plain flour
    5 c. blended oatmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    24 oz. chocolate chips
    8 oz. Hershey bar, grated
    3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter
    and
    both
    sugars.
    Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    (Blend oatmeal in blender,
    1 cup
    at a time.
    The 5 cup measurement is taken before it's blended.) Add dry ingredients to butter mixture, a little at
    a time.
    Stir
    well
    after
    each addition.
    Add chocolate chips, grated
    Hershey
    bar
    and
    chopped
    nuts.
    Drop
    scant teaspoon of batter 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake
    at 375\u00b0 approximately 6 minutes.
    Makes more than anyone should have in the house.
