Easy Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
3 slices white bread
cinnamon, nutmeg and 1 c. diced raisins (optional)
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

In top of double boiler put brown sugar and butter.
Break and scatter over this the white bread.
Sprinkle over this the cinnamon, nutmeg and raisins.
