All-Bran Extra Fiber Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 c. Kellogg's All-Bran
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Blend flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; set aside.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the All-Bran and the milk; let stand until cereal softens.
    Blend in the egg and vegetable oil; beat well.
    Add the flour mixture, stirring only to combine the ingredients.
    Pour batter into a muffin pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until done.
