Teriyaki Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. sherry or dry wine
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Mix together well and refrigerate.
Marinate at least one hour before cooking.
