Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 slices bacon
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
2 c. half and half
3 to 4 tsp. dry sherry
9 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
3 c. cubed cooked chicken
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
Drain on paper towels.
Reserve 1/2 cup drippings in skillet.
Crumble bacon and set aside.
Cook mushrooms and onions in drippings over medium-high heat until tender.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Add chicken broth and half and half. Stir constantly over medium-high heat until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Remove from heat.
Stir in sherry.
In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, mix spaghetti, chicken, bacon and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
Pour cream sauce over spaghetti mixture.
Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
Garnish with parsley.
