Low-Fat Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. liquid egg substitute
    3 c. skim milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. rum or brandy flavoring
    3 to 4 individual packets sugar substitute
    drop of yellow food coloring (optional)
    ground nutmeg
Preparation
    In blender, combine egg substitute, skim milk, vanilla and rum flavorings and sugar substitute.
    If desired, add food coloring. Cover and blend on high speed until frothy.
    Chill thoroughly. Serve garnished with a sprinkling of nutmeg.
    Each 1/2 cup serving has 58 calories, 0.8 g fat and 1.9 mg cholesterol.
    Makes 3 1/2 cups or 7 servings.
