Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sausage
1 doz. eggs
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Cook and drain sausage; place in bottom of large casserole dish.
Scramble eggs (soft) and place on top of sausage.
Top with Cheddar cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted and browned to taste.
This may be halved for smaller dish.
