Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    2 unbaked pie shells or use Powdered Sugar Crust
Preparation
    Combine sugar with eggs; stir in buttermilk, butter, vanilla and coconut.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
