Hungarian Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lard
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. flour
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. sour milk
Preparation
    Mix lard, flour, white sugar and brown sugar with forks or fingers to form crumbs.
    Take out 1 cup of crumbs; set aside for topping.
    Beat eggs, sour milk and baking soda together.
    Pour into a greased and floured pan.
    Sprinkle crumbs on top and also cinnamon, if you want.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until a toothpick comes out clean.
    Serves 8.
