Cherry Top Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Duncan Hines Yellow cake mix
2 tsp. oil
2 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, soft
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 lg. can Carnation milk
3 tsp. lemon juice
2 cans cherry pie filling
3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Spray 9x13 glass pan with Pam. Preheat oven to 300\u00b0. Reserve 1 cup of dry cake mix.
In large bowl, combine remaining cake mix, oil and 1 egg (mixture will be crumbly).
Press crust mixture evenly into bottom of glass dish.
In same bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, 3 eggs and reserved cake mixture.
Beat 1 min. at medium speed.
At low speed, add milk and flavorings until smooth. Pour into crust and bake at 300\u00b0 for 45-55 mins. until center is firm.
When cool, top with pie filling. Chill before serving. Store in refrigerator or freezer, covered with foil.
