Orange Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. brisket
    2 medium sliced onions
    1 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. red sweet wine
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Season meat with salt, garlic salt and paprika.
    Place onions in bottom of roasting pan; place meat on top.
    Make sauce of remaining ingredients; pour over roast.
    Let stand about 1 hour or do day before to marinate.
    Roast at 350\u00b0, covered, for about 3 hours, basting time to time.
    Uncover the last 15 minutes to brown.
