Candied Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes until tender.
    Slip off the peelings and slice lengthwise in 1/2-inch thick slices.
    Arrange in buttered bake dish.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar, salt and cinnamon and dot with butter.
    Add water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
