Salmon Loaf(4 Servings - Freezes Well) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can red salmon
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/2 to 3/4 c. bread crumbs
    salt (taste salmon as some is salty)
    1/2 c. lite mayonnaise type salad dressing
Preparation
    Clean salmon of any bones and skin.
    Flake in a bowl.
    Add all other ingredients. Mix together well.
    Pack into Pam-sprayed loaf pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serve with cream sauce, salad and garlic bread.
    Healthy and great.
