Deep Fried Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. oil
    milk to make batter stiff
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except oil.
    Then add oil.
    Pour out on floured board.
    Knead for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Pinch small amount off and roll into biscuit and flatten out.
    Drop into deep fryer.
    Cook until golden brown.
