Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
    1 stick butter
    1 c. herb stuffing
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain well.
    Add 1/2 stick of butter and cream cheese.
    Blend together.
    Add seasonings and sour cream. Put into a greased shallow casserole and cover with dry herb stuffing.
    Drizzle 1/2 stick of butter over top of casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
