Swedish Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, well beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    1 c. sliced apples
    3/4 c. broken pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients very well.
    Pour into well greased pie pan.
    Cook 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve plain or with ice cream.
