Steak, Or What? - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. sliced potatoes, cooked firm
    1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1 can peas, drained
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Pat ground beef evenly in bottom of medium casserole dish. Layer potatoes, onion and peas over top of beef.
    Mix both cans of soup and water.
    Pour over top of meat and vegetables.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
