Honey Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. seedless raisins
    3 1/2 c. bran cereal
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease two 9 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 2 3/4-inch pans.
    Mix flour, salt, baking powder and soda; sift.
    Add the raisins and cereal.
    Mix, combine and stir in another bowl the eggs, buttermilk, honey and butter, then pour the egg mixture into dry ingredients and blend lightly.
    Divide the bread dough between 2 pans.
    Bake 1 1/4 hours.
